Signing Process
Once the commercial proposal is approved:
An NDA is signed to ensure confidentiality.
A standard contract formalizes the engagement.
Comprehensive IT documentation is provided.
Installation Process
Procedure:
Remote and internet access is required to install dependencies.
Installation takes 3 working days from the date all requirements are met.
Data Transfer
Clients are in charge of cleaning, transforming, and loading data into Predictory’s database.
Documentation and remote guidance (up to 4 weeks) are included in the installation fee.
Clients maintain responsibility for data accuracy and timeliness.
Post data transfer, our team connects and tests the AI engine, requiring 5 working days.
Connecting AI Engine and Training
Once the data transfer is complete, Predictory’s team connects the external AI engine to the client’s database. This process ensures that the platform can analyze and retrieve accurate insights.
Predictory tests the integration to confirm seamless communication between the AI engine and the database.Test scenarios cover various data retrieval and processing tasks to verify results.
Onboarding and Training
Predictory delivers a 3**-hour training program**, split into sessions for key stakeholders.
Assistance is provided for setting up dashboards and tailoring workflows to client needs.
Predictory provides a customized presentation for the client’s management team that covers platform capabilities, value propositions, and alignment with business objectives. Duration: 1 hour.
